Complaints and disputed situations
Most disputes are not lost on the merits. They are lost because the file is a mess by the time anyone outside the operator looks at it. The order below keeps a case traceable from the first message to the last authority that can hear it.
The five facts that make a complaint processable
A first message needs five things: the email the account is registered to, the date and time with a time zone, the amount, the transaction reference, and one sentence stating the outcome you are asking for. Everything else — the frustration, the history, the comparison with another operator — slows the reading without adding weight.
Attach a screenshot showing the payment status or error exactly as displayed rather than retyped. For anything with more than one attachment, email beats chat: it is answered within six hours with a median of two, and the evidence stays in a single thread.
Why the written channel outranks the fast one
A written channel leaves a timestamped record that can be forwarded to a dispute service or a regulator. Live chat, answered in about 90 seconds, is the right place for a first question — but ask for the transcript to be emailed before the window closes.
Keep the ticket number issued at the end of every conversation. If the same complaint later goes through a second channel, quote the original number so the case does not split into two files waiting on each other. Note too that Pesiarbet runs no official Telegram or WhatsApp channel, so a conversation held anywhere other than platform chat or email is not evidence of anything.
The four disputes that recur
A delayed withdrawal. Rarely a refusal. The usual causes are unfinished verification, a payment method registered to a different name, a payout requested to a method other than the one used to deposit, or an active bonus still locking the balance. Manual review queues also stretch over weekends, which turns an ordinary wait into apparent silence.
A cancelled bonus. Almost always one line in the terms: a stake above the Rp 25.000 per-round ceiling that applies while a bonus is active, a game contributing less than 100%, or a withdrawal made before wagering closed. Reading the specific clause before writing saves a full round of argument.
A restricted account. Typically linked to a duplicate registration, a territory the licence does not cover, an unanswered source-of-funds request, or a self-exclusion recorded earlier.
A stuck payment. The money has left the bank but has not been credited. This one can only be traced with the reference number; without it the payment provider has no starting point.
Escalating inside the operator first
If no answer arrives, or the answer resolves nothing, ask in writing for the case to go to a supervisor or the complaints department, quoting the ticket number, the dates of earlier contact and the outcome you still want. Allow a reasonable period before going further: virtually every external scheme expects the operator to have been given a chance to reply.
ADR schemes and the regulator
The applicable alternative dispute resolution body is named in the operator's own terms, not here. eCOGRA and IBAS are examples of such schemes, but which one applies depends entirely on the operator. Above the ADR sits the authority that issued the licence, whose name and licence number are printed in the operator's own footer and can be checked against that regulator's public register.
Read the footer instead of assuming. Prepare one file containing the account ID, the dates, the amounts, the references, the screenshots and the full correspondence, plus a short statement in your own words. Submissions normally go through the body's web form, and a case that has aged too long can fall outside the window it accepts.
What this site cannot do
This is an independent affiliate site, not the casino. It does not run the platform, hold anyone's money, or have access to player accounts, balances, documents or transactions. Nobody here can unblock an account, restore a cancelled bonus or move a withdrawal up a queue, and anyone offering to do so for a fee through personal contacts is running a scam.
What is on offer is information: how the procedure works, what usually sits behind each type of case, which documents to have ready, and in what order to escalate. Decisions about accounts and money belong to the operator, then to the ADR scheme and the regulator. Keep a copy of everything you send.
