Pesiarbet Support Centre
How long a case takes depends far more on the first message than on the channel it arrives through. This page sets out what to have ready, which channel suits which problem, and the response times you can actually expect.
Have these five things ready
The email or phone number registered to the account. The amount, the method, and the date and time with a time zone. The transfer reference, screenshot or transaction hash. One opening sentence naming the problem rather than its backstory. Somewhere to note the ticket number issued at the end of the conversation.
Cases arriving with a reference number close in a single session almost every time. Cases arriving with none move into a manual trace queue, and that is where the hours disappear.
Channels and response times
Live Chat
24/7, about 90 seconds
Within 6 hours, median 2
Peak Hours
20.00–23.00 WIB, up to 3 min
Languages
Indonesian and English
Live chat runs around the clock on rotating shifts, so late-night contact does not mean a change of language. Email is slower by design and better for anything that needs attachments: everything stays in one thread and nothing is lost when a window closes.
There is no Telegram and no WhatsApp
Pesiarbet operates two official channels only: live chat on the platform and email. There is no official Telegram group, no WhatsApp line, and no support representative working through any messenger. Any account presenting itself as Pesiarbet support outside those two channels is fraudulent.
The clearest markers of a fake are consistent: a request for your password, a request for a one-time code, or a request for an administrative payment to release a withdrawal. Genuine support asks for none of the three. When in doubt, close the conversation and open chat from inside your own account.
Ticket numbers and how to use them
Every conversation ends with a ticket number, and that number carries the case history. Quoting it on the next contact means the next agent reads the same context, so you do not retell the story and the case does not split into two threads that wait on each other.
If a case needs a specialist review, ask in writing for it to be escalated and quote the ticket number in that request. A written trail is also what any external dispute body will ask to see later.
The three cases that arrive most often
A deposit not showing. Usually a confirmation delay at a busy hour. QRIS normally credits in under a minute and bank transfers in 5 to 20 minutes within banking hours, so a reference number resolves this in minutes.
A delayed withdrawal. Most often unfinished verification, which takes 1 to 12 hours and averages 4. The second most common cause is an active bonus still locking the balance.
A bonus not applied. A checkbox missed during the deposit. If no bets have been placed since, it can often still be attached; once play has started, it cannot.
Quiet hours and self-service
Weekday mornings are the emptiest window; weekend evenings and paydays are the busiest. Before opening chat, most questions are already answered on the payments page for limits and timings, the wagering page for contribution maths, and the registration page for the verification sequence.
Customer support: which channel to choose
Most operators offer several ways to reach customer support: live chat on the site, email, and a help center with answers to common questions. The contact us page usually lists every channel, and 24/7 support matters most if you play late at night, when a stuck deposit cannot wait until morning.
Before you open a chat, prepare what the agent will ask for: the email linked to your account, the transaction number and the approximate time of the issue. Live chat is faster than email for payment questions, while email works better when documents must be attached. On Pesiarbet we note for each operator which channels actually respond.
